Rosalee Henry is the Founder and Executive Director of Rosalee Cares, a nonprofit organization committed to supporting caregivers, mothers, families, and underserved communities through education, wellness initiatives, and compassionate community support.

With over two decades of experience in newborn and postpartum care, caregiver support, maternal wellness, and workforce development, Rosalee has become a trusted voice for families and caregivers navigating important seasons of life.

Her work is rooted in lived experience, professional service, and a deep belief that care changes outcomes when families and caregivers are properly supported.
