Why This Work Matters
Maternal deaths and postpartum complications continue to impact families in our communities — many of them preventable. Caregivers of aging loved ones are overwhelmed and unsupported. We step in where families fall through the cracks, building stronger outcomes through compassionate, hands-on care.
Our Vision
A world where mothers heal with support, caregivers never carry the weight alone, and every family—regardless of income—has access to care that preserves dignity, wellness, and hope.
Impact Goals (2025–2026)
- Support 300 families through postpartum and elder care programs
- Train 150 community health workers and doulas
- Expand services across Fulton, DeKalb, Clayton, Gwinnett, and Cobb counties
- Establish collaborative partnerships with hospitals, public health agencies, and nonprofits
