Our Board of Directors provides oversight, accountability, and strategic guidance to ensure Rosalee Cares remains mission-focused, compliant, sustainable, and impactful in the communities we serve. Each member brings experience in maternal health, community development, finance, education, social services, or nonprofit leadership — strengthening our ability to grow programs responsibly with long-term vision.

Together, we work to expand postpartum and caregiver support, reduce health disparities, and build pathways for families to thrive.

The Board oversees:

• Strategic direction and program expansion

• Organizational policy and compliance

• Financial accountability and ethical stewardship

• Fundraising, partnerships, grants & sponsorships

• Evaluation of community outcomes and impact

• Support and advisement to the Executive Director

This structure allows Rosalee Cares to operate with transparency, sustainability, and community-centered leadership.
